Easy Breezy Summer Fundraiser

Summer always starts off with a bang. We have so much fun reveling in the vibrancy of our community in June with Pride Month, and then… that’s it? Where’s the fun in that? Well, we want to change that. We want to give the people something to look forward to, something that says that the celebration’s not over until we say so.

Brooklyn Pride invites you to the Easy Breezy Summer Happy Hour, a fundraiser to benefit our mission of putting on the BEST Pride events in the five boroughs. In case you were not aware, our amazing organization will be producing the THIRTIETH Brooklyn Pride in 2026. We want to make next year’s week-plus of events the biggest that we’ve ever done.

Join us on August 23 from 3-6PM at Farm to People in Bushwick, a gorgeous space with a mission to physically nourish our community with locally sourced food. You’ll get the chance to close out the season with an afternoon getting together, swapping summer stories, enjoying some tasty food and beverages, taking in some dazzling entertainment, and, if you’re lucky, even winning some prizes?

WANT TO ORGANIZE A GROUP?

Contact Kyle from the Brooklyn Pride, Inc. Board at kyle@brooklynpride.org to have a little chat about what you’re thinking.

Act now - tickets are at a reduced price until August 1!

CAN’T MAKE IT?

We understand that the summer months can be busy, and you may not be able to attend for one reason or another. We don’t want you to be left out of the action though. For any donation of $25 or more to Brooklyn Pride through August 31, you will receive an entry into a raffle to be a 2026 Brooklyn Pride VIP!

What’s a Brooklyn Pride VIP, you say? Aside from the obvious bragging rights, you’ll  receive the opportunity to purchase tickets to the 30th Anniversary Gala* at a discount, two free tickets to one of our ticketed events** during Brooklyn Pride Week, as well as an official 2026 t-shirt. But, perhaps, the best of all – you and a loved one [or enemy, your choice] will join the Brooklyn Pride Board on their float in the Twilight Parade. Talk about an incredible experience getting to close out the largest evening parade in the Northeast!

The more that you donate, the more chances to win! Every $25 earns you an entry, and if you donate $100, we’ll throw in an additional entry to give you five total.

GETTING INVOLVED WITH THE EVENT

If you’re interested in supporting the event in other ways, such as with a donation to the raffle & silent auction or an organizational sponsorship, please contact Kyle from the Brooklyn Pride, Inc. Board at kyle@brooklynpride.org.

* Exact details of the 30th Anniversary Gala are currently being determined.

** In 2025, ticketed events included the Brooklyn Pride Comedy Night, Pride Night at the Brooklyn Cyclones game, and Everybooty at BAM.
