In solidarity with those continuing to demand equality and justice, we have decided to hold our Virtual Pride Celebration and Dance Party as a fundraiser, supporting the Okra Project, a collective that seeks to address the global crisis faced by Black Trans people by bringing home cooked, healthy, and culturally specific meals and resources to Black Trans People.
Our “step off” will be at 7:30 pm SHARP and will be complete with entertainment, special messages, and will culminate in a virtual dance party!
Brooklyn Pride will be matching contributions up to $2,500, so we hope you will join us Saturday evening June 13th beginning at 7:30pm to show your support.
